Reservation Payment and Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Payment Policy: $300.00 deposit within 10 days to confirm. Payment in full 60 days prior to arrival December 1 - March 31, 30 days prior April 1 - November 30.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation may be made 60 days and more in advance of arrival date with full refund, subject to $25.00 refund fee. All payments are forfeited if dates cancelled are less than 60 days prior to arrival, unless the space is resold.

All rates subject to Excise Tax and Room Tax.
